All our items are described in detail. If any items are unclear to you as to compatibility please contact us by email sales@partsenquiry.com before making a purchase. We also advise you speak to a professional mechanic before purchasing parts, as you may or may not need it for your vehicle.
It is always advised that if you have any questions or doubt about the part you would like to purchase, please check with us beforehand to avoid disappointment. We do this so that the buyer can avoid having to re-send the part back to us at a cost to the buyer.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via elgrandcarparts.com. All the Items should be returned within 14 working days, if the item is returned after the 14 working day period, there will be a 25% handling charge If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through the Website or email us at sales@partsenquiry.com and we will respond with the returns address and an Returns Number for you to enclose with the returned product.
We will process your refund through PayPal or the card you made the payment within 48 hours of receiving the goods providing they are undamaged and in re-saleable condition.
Please note you are responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you, until when they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a tracked postal service.
Any special order or manufactured items cannot be returned.
All orders can take between 3 to 7 working days for delivery.
Overseas returns and reshipping are the customers' liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items at their own expense; the return postage will not be refunded.
When returning an item for a refund, which is no longer required or has been bought by mistake via Free Postage. There will be a Deduction on Postage & Packaging according to the size and weight of the parcel when returned.
Royal Mail states "(vii) Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date"
